Today is Tuesday, October 21st - so much has happened in just 5 days, it's hard to keep up! I hope I don't get burnt out of blogging like I usually do, I've really been enjoying working on my site so far and writing about things.

Also, I ended up starting a 4th Tamagotchi... I KNOW I KNOW, I need to stop. I'll cap it at four. Choco is only staying around until Halloween anyways so then it'll be three, and Aqua is my perma-Whaletchi so he's no trouble at all.

Daisy Lovers RV3

Lets see... Where I last left off, Lime was just a Tamatchi child. On Friday the 17th she evolved into a Pirorirotchi teen just like her grandma, and I was really worried I was going to get another Paparatchi. I like Paparatchi every now and then but it's not a character I want to get repeatedly, especially not so close together either. THANKFULLY she evolved into Violetchi instead! That was so close xD She likes to idle with the bow tie a lot too, so cute.

White Stars V2

On Friday the 17th Aqua the Whaletchi got married to a Hanatchi, and had a baby boy! That baby boy will never grow up though, because Aqua is never leaving. xD It's just to prevent Aqua from evolving into Ojitchi, as adult Tamagotchi's can't evolve into oldies when they have a baby. I've been pausing him at night so he doesn't leave, either. It might be messing with his official age counter though, I'm not sure? I know other people will move the clock around to avoid issues that come with pausing, but my sleep schedule is very inconsistent so I worry I would forget and he'd leave me. ;_; So I just pause him at night, it's safer that way.

Candy Rings V2

Choco is now an adult! On Friday, October 17th (AGAIN with Friday, jeez a lot happened that day.) he evolved into a Ringotchi teen, and then yesterday he evolved into Mametchi. The V2 was still using Mametchi's vintage sprite, so he looks like a little hamster. :> I haven't played too much with him or gotten him many items yet, he's kinda just my little pal that hangs around.

Well, I say I haven't gotten him many items but I did get him ONE on Friday that he ended up hating. Friday was just a disaster, but I'll talk about that a little more in a bit.

Dolphin V3

My all time favorite shell of all time, the Dolphin V3 shell! This was my holy grail tama for the longest time until I got in NiB last December. I have pictures of when I got it too, I'll add them here. I love aquatic themes, I love the color blue, and I love this shell! It was really hard to find as it was only released in Oceania, but someone in a Tamagotchi server found a listing for it NiB and I splurged on it immediately, hehe;; It was an early Christmas present to myself, lol! I also really love the Oceania packaging for the V3, the plastic bubble dome and the round packaging is so charming to me. I've played with it several times since getting it, but I decided to start it back up again just... because! I always carry it around with me so I figured why not run it again. xD

I started it up last night and was met with an old egg with wings, oops... I hatched a new egg and got a baby boy that I named Fin. After baby hour was up, Fin evolved into a Mizutamatchi and fell asleep. Aaand today he evolved into Batabatchi. Again, I don't really have any specific character goals in mind, but it would be cool to get a character I don't normally get, like Pyonkotchi or Memetchi.

I forgot to start the pixel art growth chart but it's fine, I'll post it next time when Fin is an adult.

Other Stuff

So like I mentioned a little while ago, Friday was terrible. On the way to work I got a flat tire. I called my boyfriend for help and he went out and got me a replacement tire, then met up with me where I was at. I didn't have a spare so he had to take the entire wheel off, take it + the replacement tire to Discount Tire to have them put the replacement tire on the wheel (and there was a 50 minute wait), then take the wheel back to my car and put it back on. By the time I was back on the road it was noon. I still had to drive to one of our work locations to pick up mail, but there was an accident on the highway and my GPS said it would be 46 minutes for me to get there, and then by the time I would get back to work it would be around 2PM. I get out of work at 4PM on Fridays AND Fridays are my busiest days, so by the time I would've gotten to work I would have had 2 hours to get 7 hours worth of work done. Luckily my manager said I could just turn around and come to work, and go to that location on Monday, but I was still stressed at work playing catch-up. My boyfriend and I also sorta got in an argument about it all which didn't help me feel better. We're fine now and everything's good, it just wasn't a good day.

Saturday was a little better I guess. We went to IKEA and had dinner there. I really enjoy their plant balls, I like them better than the Swedish meatballs they make. I'm not vegetarian or vegan, but sometimes plant versions taste better than the meat equivalent. We ended up getting some of the frozen plant balls to take home, and on Sunday my boyfriend recreated the IKEA dinner and we've had that every night since, lol. Tonight was the last of the leftovers though, but it was a really good meal. I'm a kinda picky eater so we have a working list of meals I enjoy, and I added it to the list. :)

Let's see... I don't think anything memorable happened on Sunday? I honestly don't remember anything I did on Sunday... OH! I forgot that I worked all weekend on an art piece for a Halloween Zine I was invited to participate in! I can't believe I forgot about that while writing this, lol. It's kind of gory so I'm not going to show it here, but if it gets in the Zine then maybe in a future blog post I'll link to it! I think it said they were going to have an online version as well, after all. The deadline is Halloween and the Zine doesn't come out until mid-November, I believe, so it'll be a bit before I found out if I got in I think.

Lastly, last night. My boyfriend wanted to watch the movie Young Frankenstein, and I remember my older sister liking it when I was younger, so I decided to give it a try. It was alright, nothing crazy. It's a "Comedy/Horror" I believe. I laughed at some parts but nothing was scary, in fact I started falling asleep halfway through the movie... I was just so tired. x_x I managed to stay awake though and it was okay, I wasn't really a fan of the ending but eh. I'd rate it maybe a 4/10, probably wouldn't watch it again.
